Interactive Operation Specialist

This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of FluxLight by being the front-line interactive operation specialist for each customer contact to ensure that all customer requirements are completely met in a positive, professional manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ​Follow established processes and systems to ensure that Customer Care Standards are met or exceeded for every customer contact. 
  • Demonstrate 100% follow through in every commitment to provide one call resolution. 
  • Effectively communicate the products offered. 
  • Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. 
  • Properly document customer complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution. 
  • Communicate effectively with the management team. Update them regularly to guarantee customer expectations are met and any problems or issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. 
  • Ensure proper invoicing to all customers. 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ​College Degree preferred 
  • Must be articulate, a good listener with excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms. 
  • Ability to provide a welcoming, positive experience for customers via regular inbound and outbound calls.  
  • Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements. 
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. 
  • Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently. Must be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver. 
  • Data entry skills a must. 
  • Must be able to work independently with little over site. 
  • Working knowledge in MS Office. 
  • Work well with others in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. 
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer care. 
  • Commitment to company values, continuous self-improvement and learning. 
  • Previous telecommunications industry experience, preferred but not required.

Sales Development Representative

Are you looking to begin a successful career in Sales? If you are a curious, coachable winner that wants to be part of a growing team, we invite you to apply for a FluxLight Sales Development Representative position. Candidates with a degree and/or work experience in the service industry is a plus.

This is an entry level sales role that introduces you to FluxLight Optical Interconnect and Termination technology and the FluxLight sales process. You will receive training in FluxLight’s products as well as our Sales process. Sales Development Representatives prospect into cold or inactive companies who aren’t engaged with FluxLight to source new, incremental sales opportunities. Target Industries include telecom, data centers, colleges and universities and utilities.

Compensation includes salary, special incentives and commission. We are currently looking for multiple candidates with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

  • Create incremental sales opportunities at cold accounts 
  • Highly effective, organized use of LinkedIn, Prospect Databases, Sales CRM and Email Marketing Tool. 
  • Build and clean targeting list/database 
  • Improve sales and product knowledge to prepare for next sales role 
  • Learn and employ a product solution sales approach

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  • College Degree and/or Service Industry experience is a plus
