FluxLight's 90Y9412 is a Lenovo® compatible 10GBase SFP+ Optical Transceiver and is factory preprogrammed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration. Our EX-SFP-10GE-LR transceivers perform identically to OEM transceivers and are 100% compatible with Lenovo® equipment and other third party transceivers.
FluxLight's 90Y9412 has the same functionality as a Lenovo® transceiver module. This 10GBase SFP+ transceiver comes preloaded with Lenovo® specific configuration data on the EEPROM, allowing it to perform exactly like its OEM counterpart straight out of the box.
The Lenovo® 90Y9412 transceiver operates at a wavelength 1310nm and supports connection links up to 10km over singlemode fiber. The transceiver comes equipped with a standard SFP+ 20-pin connector that allows for hot pluggable capability.
FluxLight’s 90Y9412 transceiver module offers a high performance option for setting up a new fiber optic network or upgrading an existing network. It is 100% compatible with all Juniper Networks® brand switches, routers and other OEM devices supporting the SFP+ form factor. Our 90Y9412 is 100% MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) compliant.
FluxLight offers all brands and form factors of optical transceivers for all your networking needs. All transceivers are tested for 100% functionality and guaranteed compatible for outstanding network performance. Now you have a reliable, compatible and affordable means to expand your network while maintaining its integrity.

The 90Y9412 features a dual LC connector. LC is an abbreviation for Lucent Connector. It gets its name from the New Jersey based company that created it, Lucent Technologies, Inc. The LC connector uses a mechanical locking tab mechanism, similar to that of an Ethernet or telephone cable connector. These locking tabs create a secure connection that also performs well in tight spaces. In a dual LC setup, like with the 90Y9412, twin connectors are joined together with a plastic clip. This setup is sometimes referred to as a duplex connection.
The Cisco® compatible 90Y9412 is intended to operate over singlemode fiber (SMF). Singlemode fibers use a thin glass core of around 8-10 microns in diameter. Singlemode fiber limits internal reflections within the fiber, which lowers attenuation and enables the signal to travel great distances at high bandwidths. This long reach makes the SMF ideal for long-haul networks that cover extended areas, such as cable television and campus backbone applications.
